Jov is a huge romantic movie buff. Recently, she watched 'I Hate Valentines Day' with her buddies Xiao and Chenchuai and fell head over heels in love with John Corbett. Although she enjoys Hollywood chick flicks, her heart lies with the Indian romantic movies of the 70s and 80s. The romance, the longing, the melodrama , the soulful promises, the pain, the endless dancing around trees, in the rain, on bullock carts, or locked rooms, create myriad webs of art work in her imagination. One day she plans to complete her collection of her all-time favorite Hindi flicks, pirated copies of which she picks up from her local corner shop, and open a free renting service. She also wishes to meet Shashi Kapoor in person one day, but since she hasn't seen him in movies of late, another thing she wonders about, she has no idea what to expect or who to look for when and if she gets to Mumbai.
In this picture , Jov is lost in one of her all time favorite song videos 'Pyar hua ikraar huaaa', the lyrics in a language alien to her but which mesmerize her nonetheless.

City Girl at Heart
Jov lives in the interiors of Kanglampoo, a northern suburb at the outskirts of Bangkok, with her mom, dad and her Bull Terrier, Foxy. With its vast open spaces, green locales and untouched beauty, it is fast becoming the hot spot for real estate owners. Their home was originally built by an English couple as a holiday home which is reflected in its European architecture. The drive way is lined with vibrant shades of Anthuriums, Orchids and Petunias which have been painstakingly planted and cared for by her father who is terribly fond of Gardening, an activity that Jov finds entirely frustrating. However, the thought of the countless evenings she and Foxy have spent digging up the garden in order to find hidden treasures, playing fetch or just lying in gay abandon watching the stars on cool summer nights, never fails to bring a smile on her face.
Late at nights, she sits by the french window over-looking the garden, Foxy by her side, and dreams about the day she would start working in the big, busy, bustling metropolitan so different from her current neighbourhood.

And this is how it all begins
Joviel is a pretty, boisterous native thai girl. Although that is her English name, her thai name is Saengdao which means "The Starlight". In this picture she's seen wearing a tailored silk suit called Thai Ruean Ton which she picked up from the Suan Lum night bazaar in Bangkok. Even though this traditional attire is uncommon for the youth these days, Jov prefers this to jeans and other western clothes since it makes her feel more feminine. How she can go bike riding, jogging, climbing and hiking wearing something as restricting as this is a wonder to many. To make up for her sober dress sense, she usually experiments with wacky hairdos. Just last week at the upmarket Chalochol Hair Studio she traded her flowing tresses for a croppy side-swept Rihanna Bob that got heads turning in every street. What's more Jazz loves it too!
